WMST Swim 101/201 Spring 2012

Improve your physical fitness through swimming with WMST

The following classes at the NAT and Northampton are mostly designed to bring newer swimmers up to speed (101), and are also a great way for more experienced swimmers (201) to get a breakthrough in a particular stroke or drill. Whether you are doing your first triathlon or trying to find a new form of exercise we are certain this program is for you! Class size is limited. Reserve your spot today!

Morning SWIM 101/201 Spring 2012 at NAT:

Tuesday and Thursday 10:45-11:45 a.m.

  • Limited to 12 swimmers per class
  • $85 for 4 weeks- 8 x 1 hour classes: Tuesday and Thursday 10:45-11:45 a.m.
  • All 4 strokes, drills, and turns will be the main focus. No refunds or discounts given for missed classes.
  • The classes start Tuesday February 28 – Thursday March 29 (2/28, 3/1-6-8-20-22-27-29)

Evening SWIM 101/201 Spring 2012 at Northampton:

Monday 7:30-8:30 p.m.

  • Limited to 12 swimmers per class
  • $50 per swimmer, 4 x 1 hour classes at Northampton on Monday evenings 7:30-8:30 p.m.,
  • All 4 strokes, drills, and turns will be the main focus. No refunds or discounts given for missed classes.
  • The classes start Monday February 27, March 5, 19, 26

Important notes/requirements about classes:

  • Swimmer must register for each session and cannot go between morning & evening classes unless paid for.
  • Class size is limited to 12, account will be billed or a check payable to WMST is due after registering to reserve your spot in each clinic
  • Each participant must be a registered USMS swimmer. Proof of registration will be required.
  • This is not a learn-to-swim program. The swimmer must be able to complete a 25-yard freestyle. Must be 18 years old to register.
