About WMST

Woodlands Masters Swim Team (WMST) is a leading Masters Swim Team in the Gulf Region. With over 180 members it is one of the largest in the Gulf LMSC and one of the largest in the USMS. Although we are big, you will find we are a close friendly bunch who welcome newcomers of all abilities.

We have a large number of practice sessions throughout the week at a variety of pool locations.

Schedule Updates

Practice Changes

  • Tuesday 12/5 evening practice will be at 7:45 pm at Northampton
  • Thursday 12/7 evening practice will be at 7:30pm at Northampton
  • Saturday 12/9 practice will be at 9:00am at Northampton

CISD Practice Schedule for WMST:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday mornings at 5:30am
  • Monday - Friday at noon, 12:00pm
  • Tuesday, Thursday at 9:00am
  • Monday - Thursday evenings at 7:00pm
  • Saturday at 11:00am, and Sunday at 1:00pm

Northampton Practice Schedule for WMST:

  • Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 5:30am
