Congratulations to Richard MacNamee who came fourth overall at the Galveston Sprint Triathlon (700m swim, 20km bike, 5km run) on Sunday 10th April 2011.

Congratulations to Richard MacNamee who won in his age group at the Kemah Sprint Triathlon on Saturday 2nd April 2011. Richard had a strong race throughout and despite a helmet problem still managed to win by over a minute!
